When Shopify charged too much VAT
If Shopify charged VAT on an order that should have been reverse charged, you see a warning so you can refund the difference.

Install the app
From the Shopify App Store. You approve the permissions in your Shopify admin; billing goes through your Shopify bill.

Company number, VAT number and logo. Activate Peppol if you sell to Belgian businesses.

Doesn't Shopify make invoices itself?
Shopify sends order confirmations, not invoices that meet EU rules with sequential numbering, and nothing over Peppol. More in Invoices in Shopify.
What happens when I refund an order?
When you refund (part of) an order in Shopify, PeppolKit automatically creates a credit note referring to the original invoice and sends it to your customer.
I use Sufio or Order Printer.

Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime: remove the app. Download your invoices first if you want to keep them.
