General terms and conditions

These terms apply to the use of PeppolKit (the app for Shopify and Lightspeed, the plugin for WooCommerce, the module for PrestaShop and the integration with bol.com) of Kadeworks (KvK 42214201), postal address Torenlaan 5, 1402 AT Bussum.

Service

PeppolKit creates invoices and UBL files based on the orders in your web shop (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Lightspeed) or in your bol.com account. The app is software and does not constitute legal or tax advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your accounts and your VAT return.

Payment and cancellation

For Shopify, subscriptions are invoiced monthly through Shopify, after a free trial period of 14 days; you cancel by removing the app. For WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Lightspeed and bol.com you pay monthly in advance via Mollie; you cancel in your PeppolKit dashboard, after which no further payments will be collected. The free plan has no end date.

Your data

For the customer data that PeppolKit processes, you are the controller and Kadeworks is the processor. These terms apply together with the privacy statement as a data processing agreement: we process data only to create, send and store your invoices, we engage only the sub-processors named there, we secure the data and we report data breaches within 72 hours. Export your invoices before you remove the app or disconnect the integration: for Shopify we delete your data 48 hours after removal, for the other platforms 30 days after the integration is disconnected.

Availability

We do our best to keep PeppolKit available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. If PeppolKit misses an order because of a malfunction, you can still have the invoice created later.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid to PeppolKit in the twelve months preceding the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and your VAT return.
