What a PeppolKit invoice looks like
Real invoices, made by PeppolKit the way your customers receive them: the PDF in six designs and the structured Peppol file. All the details are made up.
Choose your design
You pick a design in your settings, upload your logo and choose your colour. Every invoice and credit note follows. Click an example to download the PDF.

Download the Peppol file (UBL)
What is on it?
- A continuous invoice number, date and delivery date.
- The VAT numbers and Peppol IDs of seller and customer.
- Every line with the right VAT, here 21%, and the totals.
- Your company details in the footer: registration number, VAT number, IBAN and email.
- The language follows your customer: Dutch, French or English.
And the Peppol file?
Besides the PDF, a business customer on Peppol gets the same document as a structured UBL file following Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 and EN 16931. Their bookkeeping reads that file automatically. You can open it above in a text editor.
The example is made up: Velo Atelier BV and Voorbeeldklant NV do not exist and the numbers do not belong to real businesses.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a real invoice?
These are real PeppolKit invoices, made with the same software, but with made-up details.
Can I use my own logo and colour?
Yes. You upload a logo (png or jpg) and choose a colour in your settings, and they appear on every invoice.
Can I switch the design?
Yes, at any time. The PDF is rebuilt every time, so an earlier invoice you open or download again also gets the design you chose. The details and amounts on the invoice never change.
Which languages are there?
Dutch, French and English. The language follows your customer, and you can choose a fixed language.
